duplicate messages

Hello, since either 7.0.4 or getting an iphone 5s whenever i send an imessage it goes through (somtimes it doesn't but sends as message) but then the reply to the imessage/message comes up in another conversation!?!

Settings, messages, send & receive, check your send from address. It may be sending to/from your email or phone number, and receiving to the other.

Its start new conversation from mobile number, and receive to both mobile and email.

I'll restore, set up as new and see if this resolves it.

No don't bother with that. It's most likely due to the other person sending it to your other contact detail. Tell them to stick to one thread and always stick to one contact method (mobile or email). Each one will have its own thread.
