emo? isn't all music emo? because emo stands for emotional. thus isn't all art and thus music emotional?

on another note: i like the postal service, but i wonder how Ben Gibbard's music will evolve between Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie.

this is one of the better songs off the album, but its definitely worth a listen.

I know emo stands for emotional, and I realize that all music and art is emotional. But it can also be a style of rock music, that usually have stupid breakup lyrics. The Postal Service and Death Cab are mediocre. I take back my first post.

I guess you don't even believe in genres of music? I think emo is a sub-genre of rock.

No idea what emo means, until now. I like this song, nice beats, kitschy band. Not like thats a bad thing.

Maybe they have to be crazy. How else can they sit in silence and hear a song that's never been written?

This is a duplicate entry, the other one has been here for months and has 16 recommends on it.

Iron & Wine covered this? I going to look for that now!

Yeah, I think that Iron & Wine's interpretation is far truer to the sentiment of the song than the original .
