Is it true that the higher the kbps the better the quality? For example, on the videora ipod converter i have it set to 768 kbps for the bitrate and 576 kbps for the audio. Is this good or bad? Also, I have it set to 29.97 fps. Is that good?

You have it at the right fps and a higher bit rate equals a higher quality and file size.
