When I zoom in on any screen in Safari, sometimes a thin gray bar pops up in the middle of the screen. If I click and drag the screen left/right, the bar moves with it, as if was a horizontal position slider. Obviously, this is quite annoying, but the only way I've been able to fix this is to stop running the app and relaunching.
