Slow Ethernet Ip resolving

Hi guys

Thanks for a great forum.

I have a small question.

Everytime I reboot/startup my iMac my Ethernet-card is using like 15 to 20 secs on resolving an Ip from my router (DHCP). I've tried different settings such as DHCP with manually assigned ip, but the problem is still the same.

Im not sure that I has always been like this, so maybe if I could remove and reinstall the Ethernet-card? How do I make a "hard reset" on the Ethernet card? :confused:

Any other suggestions?
