Safari Version 7.0.1 (9537.73.11) Dark Theme?

Could you help me figure out how to get a Black/Dark Theme for Safari Version 7.0.1 (9537.73.11) ? On Mavericks 10.9.1?

ok well if anyone can figure out how to change the interface I would appreciate it. I used Firefox and chrome for a long time because xmarks wasn't supported for mavericks till recent. Now I only use safari.

How was safari themed in previous versions? Was it ever
