I am interested in this for one feature alone:

Extract audio alone and burn it to a CD, or listen to it in iTunes or on your iPod.

I just hope one can extract it into a variety of formats. My purpose being for song mixes I have in the works that I want to add movie quotes to.

If you have Toast 7 you can do that with it also... the DVD browser in the Media Browser lets you extract individual titles or chapters from an existing DVD and then export to WAV, AIFF, M4A, OGG, FLAC.

If you exported to AIFF, you could then open in CD Spin Doctor (part of Toast), iMovie or Garageband and edit the section that you wanted.
