Did you give the phone to someone for the UUID registration ... thats a profile Xcode installs when you register the phone through it and not directly on the dev portal
Anyways, its for modifying the behaviour of the phone to test apps in all kind of situations ... not recommended to change anything for a daily device

I cant remember but i think i havent registered anywhere, so for my safety i made a restore and its gone, thanks anyway
