So this is what I've done the other day :

1. Bought a $10 iTunes card.
2. Switched my account country from PH to US so that I can redeem my card.
3. Made an in-app purchase which costs $9.99
4. Asked iTunes Support to clear my remaining $0.01 so that I can change countries.
5. Switched back from US to PH.

And now I'm about to buy a $25 iTunes card and I want to ask your opinion if I should just repeat the process above OR should I just stick to a US account and redownload my apps? (I only have like 14 apps)

And if I did the second option, will my saved games (which is in the Game Center) be still there if I redownload the apps using a different App Store country? And is what I'm doing somehow illegal or am I disobeying App Store rules?

Example of my apps are Clash of Clans, Samurai Siege, and Clumsy Ninja.

Thanks in advance for your answers. I'm a total noob in iOS and your answers will be a very big help.
