That was from a period when eyeglasses that almost covered half of one's face were actually considered to be in style.

Maybe Bill was his barber back then. It looks as if a bowl was placed over his head and the cutting began.

he kinda looks like whats his name...he was the mummy and george of the jungle and bedazzled.....
