Every dual USB wall plug I find shares the output when charging two items. Is there any that can charge two things at once at the full 2.1 amps? Thanks in advance!

Can you all confirm you own and have used with newest iPhone or iPad.
All have negative reviews that indicate they don't deliver as promised.

I am able to charge two iPads at the same time with the one I linked. No complaints here.
