There are some awesome mods for instruments happening. lights in necks, airbrushing, neons on speakers, etc

Has anyone done any mods to their instrument of choice?

No lights or stuff like that but:
Scalloped fretboard
Hipshot D-Tuner
and a Dimarzio Model One pickup with separate output.

nice work! How did you do the scalloped fretboard?

Also has anyone converted their bass to fretless? (pulling out the frets)
If so, is it anything easy, or should i be taking it to the local guitar/bass shop?
