Recently upgraded from 10.6 to 10.9 and when I launch any MS Office document from the dock, I get a new document titled "Document #" instead of the original file opened. Posted over on the Microsoft user forum, but nobody can duplicate the problem. Tried creating a new user account and also verified the documents are not set to stationary pad. Any thoughts?
