2,000,000 Post Avatar Contest - Best Animated Avatar

The moderators have selected the finalists for the Best Animated Avatar contest. Now it's the members' turn to vote for their favorite. The winner will be the entry with the most votes by the end of the voting period, Saturday (New Year's Eve) at midnight EDT. In the case of a tie, we'll leave the polls open for an extra day.

Entries are in alphabetical order. Please vote for your one favorite in this poll and in each of the 2 other contest polls as well. It is also quite appropriate to post comments and compliments in this thread.

Choosing was not an easy task. A number of fine entries did not make the finals in this category simply because the member who submitted them had an even higher rated entry in another category. (See Rule 7 about finalists.)

This contest was a lot of fun and great to see everyone's efforts. I had some other avatar ideas but didn't have time to create and enter them... guess I'll wait for the 3 million posts contest to come around ;)
