automate deployment of Find My Gizmo?

Howdy all!

I'm trying to determine if there's a way to automate deployment of Find My [iOS Gizmo], and separately, Find My Mac, across fleets.

It seems that Profile Manager does not provide this as a configuration option for either iOS or Mac platforms. Neither have I been able to find a way to script the configuration for Mac OS X.

Got any ideas?

There is probably a good reason for this isn't exposed with Profile Manager.

I would probably look at some other products to track your fleet instead of trying to force a find my "gizmo" solution.

Any speculation on why Apple doesn't expose this? Security issues? I can't figure it out.

I think they just don't indeed it to be used in the way you want to use it.

At the end of the day, it is a consumer product.
