Hi there.
Could you please give me an advice?

I have a MacBook Air 2013.

Sometime before I couldn't change my keyboard illuminate in a sun (Mac showed me illuminate with cross-cycle and I couldn't change it manually (it was blocked)) and everything was fine. But.

Now I can change illuminate manually (it is not a problem, sure) but It doesn't change illuminate in low-light.

Checkbox is checked (I tried to do anything with it), I did reboots and SMC drops. Nothing helps. I'm sure that it is software problem because sensor is works (display brightness changes when I come to the low-light room)

Thanks a lot in advance.

If you turn it off manually I don't think it will illuminate when you enter a dark room. You have to leave it at minimum and let it do it's thing.
