Try your standard SMC and NVRAM resets, check the Mac App Store for firmware updates. That will be your first step. Also, make sure to run Apple Diagnostics on your system.

I've seen 2 Macbook Airs come in to the shop with similar symptoms. Both cases we ended up replacing the MLB. If the symptoms persist, take the system to your local Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

When you get to the App Store, that will also let you know about system updates, and you appear to be running OS X 10.9 - and up-to-date is 10.9.1
Updating certainly won't hurt anything, and may help you out.

iCheddar also knows what may be needed, too...
