I wish the article had pictures of their setups -- that's what I want to see.

Every Mac user I know has a light-colored wood desk and their hardware is arranged to look like it's a display counter at the Apple store. I need to start printing up little spec and price sheets to put next to their setups.

more interesting but to be expected is that almost all of them are waiting for some sort of intel based laptop before their next buy (god knows i am)

wonder if apple has ever sent out any surveys asking people what kind of product they would like to buy next.

Not me, I've got a cheap brown fold up table and it's quite messy at the moment. My PowerBook (my main machine) sits in front of a little black VIA mainboard PC that gets turned on once a month or so.

I like Andy Ihnakto's setup, the way he describes having all his previous PowerBooks lined up in a neat row.

I try to keep the desk with my iMac as neat and tidy as possible. I also have a Mac Plus sitting opposite my iMac -- it's cool to see 20 years of Macintosh sitting on my desk.
