I just noticed this as well, I thought that maybe it was an old update that just showed up for me because I just got a Bluetooth phone and am using my bluetooth chip in my PowerBook for the first time since I got it over two years ago.

It seems that this update only effects performance with the Apple wireless keyboard and mouse (bluetooth mighty mouse at MWSF?) so I think I'm going to hold off for now.
