Is there a way to compose Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound in Garageband 2? If so, how can I make a movie in iDVD with Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound?

AFAIK, Garageband does not support Dolby 5.1; neither does iDVD. You'll need to look into DVD Studio Pro instead.

Agreed. You may have to use a program like APack as well, to get the audio files right for the desired result in DVD studio pro. Ive only done this once, with DVD studio pro, so i cant remember all of the details.
