I really enjoyed the first 2, but unfortunatly i couldnt get into the 3rd and so didnt bother with the 4th,

Anyway i still loved the seried and despite what people said about silent hill the first 2 were excellent games and well worth any survival horror fans time,:p

I love the series! I once played 1, 2 & 3 in a row. I did become a bit paranoid for a while, but it was well worth it :eek: I haven't played 4 yet, I didn't like the idea of a first-person SH so much.
Silent Hill 1 is my favourite.

I only played the first one and although it was fun, I somehow don't like games where you reach the final boss but can't get the good ending because you missed something in the game.

I prefer the Resident Evil series.

I've played 3 and 4 and saw my brother play 2. It seems 2 had the best story, 3 is completely messed up IMO (due to the involvement of fictional gods, I just don't like that), and 4 had a nice story idea, but personally, I guess they started to mess up the game after the hospital part.

But I enjoyed playing this game nonetheless.

SH4 only in your apartment its in 1st person view but it doesnt feel odd.
SH3 was damn scary, i kept looking over my shoulder as i played it...lovelyfull:)......i wasnt liking all that fictional god thing either
SH2 was a bit sad and i didnt find it scary but the story was good.

I´m a huge Silent Hill Fan, and currently I am all looking forward to the upcoming movie! My favourites are: SH2, 1, 3 then 4. Too bad I dont have play novel - but then again, its only in japanese. Ouch.
