Can't Create New Folders for PMs

I'm not able to create any new folders in my Private Messages section. If I type a folder name into one of the three empty textboxes on the Edit Folders page (for PMs) and hit the Save Folders button, I get no new folder created; just the same three empty textboxes along with the standard Inbox and Sent Items folders. Any ideas?

I'm having this exact same problem. :confused: I've been trying for about an hour and then decided to search and found this thread. If anyone knows of a solution or if a mod could comment that would be helpful.

When I try to create folders for personal messages, the page just reloads with no new folders apparent after I click create. They're not listed anywhere. Is there a problem with this feature, or is it turned off, or am I not eligible for it? :confused:

Ah thanks for merging me into this thread. I realised that it was there as soon as I'd posted. :o

Anyway, that's pretty disappointing it's unavailable... I'd really like it, but I suppose I can live with just trawling through them!
