Why? Do you know the name of GMs (or of another company) vice president of something? I don't think so.
You didn't read the FAQ's before signing up here? It is required to know everything about the company before you are allowed to post anything.

If you watch the Apple keynotes you'd recognize him, maybe not by name but certainly by face. + If you really don't know, why not google it instead of posting the question..
Maybe soon Apple's Keynotes will be nominated:

Thank you, thank you, for verifying this! When I was watching the broadcast, when the camera flashed by him, I thought, "that looks like "Hair Force One!" and then wondered why he would be at the Oscars...... Spent the next few minutes puzzling that one out, not sure of whether the man I'd seen was actually him or a look-alike. It's the distinctive facial features, but mostly the hair, y'know......
