Not sure if it's the same Ivy, but I have a 7" single for the song Wish You Would, which is absolutely fantastic. I believe it came out sometime in the early to mid 90's, but I could be mistaken. It was on the infamous Sarah Records label, and I remember the first time I heard it I thought it was the Cocteau Twins.
