/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Extras.rsrc

you will need something like themepark to extract/edit it.

Another question, anyone know where the cardboard create icons are in the system?
