iPod touch respings???!!!

Hi! Well, something really weird happened. My iPod touch was on 20% battery so I plugged it in did the slide to unlock entered my passcode and instead of the icons I saw the apple logo(as if my device was just booting.) But it loaded for half of the time it takes to load when it's powered off and I power it on. So I thing it respringed(I think that is how it was called). And I am not jailbroken I hate that jailbreak I had it but removed it two months ago(it was a mistake to ever put it) and I was experiencing the random respring issue while I had the jailbreak but it hasn't happened since I removed it by restoring with iTunes). And can there be traces left from it and how do I remove them?
