Missing update button ios7.1

Can anyone help? I see the ios7 update on Ipad 4 but no button to start the update.

Try and hold the home and sleep button until you see the apple logo.

Sorted now...I needed to free memory even though I had 3.5gb available

What I did was reset my phone back to factory settings updated then restored from iCloud.
