Hi Skoker.

X-Plane 7 includes about 40 different aircraft and there are hundreds more available on the internet as freeware, shareware and payware. I almost exclusively used the Cessna 172, but it also included various Boeing and Airbus jets, some dual-prop aircraft, military aircraft and others (e.g. Space Shuttle IIRC). Googling X-Plane 7 gave the following review (http://www.aerotraining.com/html_gif/3340.htm).

I would probably recommend shipping it USPS Priority Mail which would be $4.05.

is x-plane more of a professional program or can it be used for fun (like MS Flight Simulator)?

It is much closer to MS Flight Simulator (I bought it because on the PC I was a big FlightSim fan) than a professional flight simulator. Compared to FS2004, the UI is slightly less polished and it doesn't have the built-in flying tutorials or pre-programmed flights/adventures. Many feel the flight modeling is more accurate in X-Plane than FS2004, but I found (probably due to familiarity) I preferred FS's modeling.

Like FS2004, there is a vibrant user community that allows you to download additional airplanes, scenery, etc.
