Question about returning a product within the 14 Day Period...

What do I need to know before bringing in my powerbook if I want to return it? I'm guessing a receipt and the original box. Anything else? Also, is there any sort of fees I will have to pay?
 
Yup. You will need receipt and ALL the box, accessory and packing materials.
You will pay a 10% restocking fee if you opened the box.
