So trying 10.9.2, it helpfully blocks Flash from automatically start up as many pages annoyingly do, excellent I say. Then after 2 days, it no longer does and Those @^%$& pages are having their annoyingly ways with me.

That's it Mavericks?

In Safari??

Open Safari preferences (command-comma) then inn the Security tab click manage website settings and in the select Flash and set it to either block or ask when visiting a Flash web site.
