Has OS X 10.2.8. lol.
How can I update him to the latest revision?

10.2.8 is the best you can get for 10.2. Buy Tiger...

buy a copy of Tiger on disc and install it?

Make sure his computer can handle Tiger, buy Tiger, upgrade from the DVD, then update to 10.4.4 through Software Update.

Panther went to 10.3.9.
