Something silly maybe but, I like to use the CD artwork option for my screensaver, since updating it's only using 16 out of 121, before it would use the lot at random.
EDIT: For anybody else out there getting this problem, it is caused by corrupt artwork on one or all of the tracks on the cd, you can only see which ones have this issue by watching what rs show up in the screensaver. I have removed and redone the artwork on several cds that did not show and no0w they work fine, another 100 odd to go
