Great comparison of some of the top smartphones. They all look good in some comparisons and not so good in others, But it all looks pretty fair...

1. S5 Samsung Galaxy
2. HTC One M8
3. Sony Xperia Z2
4. Oppo Find 7a

Benchmarks never, ever give any indication of real world usage speed. Any time a 'review' bases its performance segment on benchmarks it instantly loses all credibility.

Where is the LG G2? You are missing the best phone of 2013. And the G3 coming in May will be the best phone of 2014. Regroup.

Yep...the LG G2 is a beast of a phone.....The G3 will be a even better! :)

The G2 isn't being counted in this round because its now an "outdated" phone. These all have the new Snapdragon 801, older snapdragon 800 devices aren't being done because they were done in the last gen flagship showdown against devices with 800s in them.

Benchmarks are useful to evaluate hardware's performances.
Would you prefer some biased subjective impressions ?

Best phone of 2013? Surely a very good hardware, but the software side downgrade it a lot ....
