As you can see, I'm over-due for an oil change and a backup

I use Alfred as a launcher and jiTouch for multi-touch gestures. Between those two (and keyboard shortcuts) you'd be amazed how fast and efficient you can be with such a minimalist setup.

Fresh install of OS X Mavericks. It is really nice to have OS X once again. Haven't done much in terms of customization yet but that'll come over time.
