Safari 7.0.4 and Trust PDF for downloaded documents

My Safari 7.0.4 asked me if I could trust a website for me to download a PDF document.

My plan is to reject or delete some websites to download the PDFs on my hard disk (next time).

Where is the list of websites that I downloaded their PDF? Is it in the System Preferences or Safari's Preferences?

That sounds like you're using Adobe Reader as your default PDF viewer in Safari. Check Reader's settings for how to manage those (I used Reader in the past but turned it off)
