and WOW. I have almost every single app open (the useful ones anyway) in this iMac still performs quickly and with 30mb of memory still available!!!!

You have 30MB "free", but look at all your page in/outs 😱

You still have 270MB of Inactive RAM which makes 300MB of "spare" RAM when added to the 30MB of Free RAM. Nice work OSX. 😎
