office 03 pro for windows upgrade to mac?

Is it possible to upgrade office 2003 professional for windows to office 2004 for mac with a small fee or is it better to buy new?
 
I don't know anyone who transfers the licence. Sorry, but I reckon you'll have to buy it new. 😱
