Well I finally talked my mom into it. She is letting me trade in my PowerBook for a 12 inch Ai Book. There is nothing wrong with this computer, its just I always like to have the greatest and I would like somthing smaller for school. Here are the Specs.
PowerBook 500mhz
14.1 inch screen
DVD Rom
512 mb of Ram
I am upgrading you to a 30 gigbyte hard drive since 12 (which came with it) is puny.
56k modem, sound in, sound out, 10/100 ethernet, 2 usb, 2 firewire, s video out, vga out. this computer is also airport ready.
it comes with all orginal packaging adpaters, cd's and so forth.
This computer has AppleCare still on it so if it breaks your good to go. I will send applecare agreement number along with it. Now one thing to consider, applecare will not cover the 30 gigabyte hard drive, although it has its own seperate 3 year warranty from ibm. If this is a concern for you I will replace the drive with apple's 12 inch drive. I will also through in some Jaguar 10.2 Upgrade cd's(actual copies, not burned) . I am also giving away a zip 100 drive bay to replace the cd-rom if needed(actually comes in very handy).
Now remember, i dont know if any of you have talked to me online before, my parents own an authorized apple dealer. So if you have any questions about this machine need to be answered you can email me or get in contact with me or my mom over the phone at our store.
Since I am including whats left on applecare, more than double the hard disk space, vst zip drive bay, and 512 ram, and jaguar UPGRADE cd's (you must have a previous version of osx.
Asking price: 900 or best offer.
