does Apple offer free return shipping when replacing Lightning cables?

I am almost an hour away from an Apple store and am 2 months away from my warranty expiring on my phone. Need to get this thing replaced asap

Yup, well they told me it was just to ensure they got the other one back. No worries about that though it's been mostly connected to a dock and is otherwise super clean white outer cord is just cheap and split.
