Hi,

since replacing batteries in my wireless mouse I have had no response whatsoever to movement , only clicking works, the cursor or arrow, just does not move.

I have had this mouse for at least one year and replaced a few batteries and never had the slightest problem that is why I suspect it might be related to the upgraded OS.

By the way, I am not alone and I am sure the number of people having this problem will grow as everyone eventually replaces batteries (check Apple Discussions...)

So would anyone have an idea as to how to fix it ?

thx

This often happens if the batteries are underpowered. You may need to get some with a higher voltage. 🙂

I get this every time my batteries aren't fully charged. Once fully charged then it works fine till there out of power.

yep, with new batteries it worked. INteresting though, it just had never happened to me.

Thx much guys !
