CD cover creator

does anyone know of any freeware or shareware software that will let me create cd covers. i have searched on google but it just comes up with things about creating cd covers for itunes. i want to be able to create for anything. you know, like add my own design. if it is possible i would also like to be able to add the mirror effect that apple often uses (for example: cd cover art in front row). please reply soon.

IF you are asking about making jewel case inserts (DVD/CD fronts & backs) then an app called UnCoverIt is great for $15.....easy interface, many options, stable, regularly updated & cheap!

I use disclabel (http://www.smileonmymac.com/). A pig of a user interface, but fairly good iLife integration and fairly flexible.
