As this happened at the museum just round the corner from me, I thought I'd post this one.

I was going to ask if anyone had broken anything valuable but it would difficult to compete with this guy.

Seems like the museum is at fault. Someone shouldn't be able to just trip and knock them off.
And how close were the vases to the bottom of the stairs? People are always tumbling down stairs, I wouldn't place anything valuable at the bottom.
