hiccups and pops in Garageband 3.0

Hi Everyone,

While picking through the loops, or when my song loops back and starts again, i'll get a little hiccup or electrical pop sound occur in the track. It only occurs for a split second, but it's kind of annoying. I have a new 17" iMac Duo with 512megs of RAM.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter?
