Problems with Soundsticks

My Soundsticks do not work on OS9.2, it says cannot find USB drivers for it.
When it trys to locate them on the web, its says nothing found, where can i get the drivers if there aret any? what do i need to do? Help much appreciated.
 
According to harman-multimedia.com, you do not need drivers, they are incorporated into OS 9. I think based on this and your other problem with remote access control strip, you may have not installed the entire system correctly. You seem to be missing components.

You may want to reinstall. In the future, it's best not to do a full reinstall for an extension conflict, best rather to troubleshoot the extension that's causing a problem...
