Startup Icons Flashing?

I have a powerbook g4 with the hi def display. Suddenly when i restart the computer a flashing globe appears on the screen, then a folder with a question mark on it. Then the computer continues to start up and works fine. Any explenation to this and how I can fix it?

It's trying to start up from a network drive. Go to System Preferences and select the OSX folder from the Startup Disk section. :)

Sounds like it's trying to boot from a network - a trip to your Preferences will fix that. :)
