Halo

Yep, Great game!

Halo 2

Quite possibly the most overrated, hyped up game ever released. Definitely not as good as the first.

GTA 3
GTA Vice City
GTA San Andreas (Honestly I don't know why nobody else said VC or SA

For me, GTA 3 was simply groundbreaking. VC was good, but almost too much, like they were simply redoing GTA 3 - it didn't have anything which made it stand apart from GTA 3. As for SA, never played it, so I can't fairly comment on this one, but from what I've heard, it is even more huge and complex, and I'm not sure if it retains that fundamental "magic" which GTA 3 possessed. I guess I would have to play it to know for sure...

GTA: SA is a world within itself......too much stuff to do, even when it's over the game is never really over.

Halo was much better than Halo 2. I would have much rather had Halo been released on xbox live (with coop play) than Halo 2 but o well. Didn't say Halo 2 was one of the best games of all time, just one of the best games for Xbox.

As to Vice City. I agree compared to GTA 3 it wasn't mind blowing at all. The plot was much better and it had helis and choppers but that was it. (However it still was GTA and therefore one of the best games for PS2). San Andreas, on the other hand, was mind blowing. It was so much bigger than GTA 3 (I think it was 10 times bigger, no joke). I don't think its possible in any video game to have "too much" to do. I've done almost everything in the game and I still love playing it. I wish there was even more to do though so I could go on forever.

Yeah, I guess it just seems like it would be a bit overwhelming, almost venturing into the world of something like a WoW. ;)

Mind you, I shouldn't talk, as I am a fan of FFVII. Plus, it's all relative. I remember when Ultima IV came out, and man, was that a huge game at the time! ;) :D
