Safari Cache and Cookies

Are there any programs or extensions that will allow you to increase the cache in Safari. I am mostly on dial-up so it helps having a large cache limit.

Also are there any programs or extensions that allow you to manage the cookies, similar to Firefox. - Allow and dissallow certain ones.
