Article in The Australian here (http://australianit.news.com.au/articles/0,7204,18146102%5e16123%5e%5enbv%5e,00.html).

I was under the impression that Office Live was going to offer web based subscription to the Office apps. Apparently not. According to the article it involves the desktop Office apps, along with various levels of web hosting and integration with the desktop apps - Word, Outlook, Excel, etc and access to additional handy business functions such as projects, customers, documents. (In some ways a small business equivalent to iLife).

This is going to be very attractive to many small businesses ... Apple's .Mac is part-way there but lacks the integration and member-selected domain name.

Also in The Australian, an article about "Infocard" (http://australianit.news.com.au/articles/0,7204,18146102%5e16123%5e%5enbv%5e,00.html) which seems to bear some similarity to keychains but (reading between the lines) also offers greater control by MS - or am I being overly cynical?
