This is my first post here after quite a bit of lingering. I am interested in starting a videography business with my brother and we want to set up auxiliary mics around the event and then to have them record directly to a digital audio recorder. Now, what is the best recommendation for a good, affordable digital audio recorder that is compatible with Mac OS X? I have read about iRivers on other forums, but it seems as if they are only used on Windoze and have trouble even when accessed through Virtual PC. What is a good option, say less than $200 USD?

Wow, that looks awesomely chic. It makes me want to put down $400 for it. Maybe I'll find some extra money somewhere if I can't find anything else.
Thanks
