iCal as background?

does anyone know o any way or software i could use to make my iCal work as my background. right now i just set up my calender as best i can for the week, screen shoot it, then set it as the background...but id like a way to maybe have it be functional as a background...maybe just a pipe dream

(sorry if its been discussed elsewhere but i didnt find anything on it searching the forums)
